My creative process is an intimate act of connection with people, the natural world, and the imaginary. During my recovery after a severe brain bleed at age 37, painting and drawing became my voice. Art continues to give me wings, lifting me above the cacophony and abrasive speed of modern culture, while fueling the vitality to create beauty within it.
